There are two main causes of witch nose.

① The nasal bone and nasal septum cartilage protrude, causing the nasal bridge to rise

② The tip of the nose drops. The ideal nasolabial angle is about 90-100°.

    

Treatment options include surgery and injection therapy.

This time, we will talk about the improvement achieved by hyaluronic acid injections.

First, hyaluronic acid is injected into the nasal septum to lift the tip of the nose and improve point ②. Then, it is injected into the step of the nasal dorsum to fill in the protrusion of point ①.

However, if the protrusion of ① is too strong, making it less noticeable will result in a nose that is too large and looks strange, so it is important to decide how much to leave.

In that case, surgery will be required to remove it completely.
