・まずは広報・マーケティング部門のアシスタント業務や事務作業からスタートしていただき、BIANCA CLINICのブランドや業務フローへの理解を深めていただきます。

・実力やスキルのある方には、早い段階からデザイン制作やビジュアル構成、UI／UX設計などのクリエイティブ業務にも積極的に関わっていただきます。

・将来的には、WEB／LP／バナーなどのクリエイティブの企画立案から制作、改善提案まで、一連の業務を主体的に担っていただくことも可能です。

「広報担当者」の指示のもと、以下の業務を担当していただきます：

SNSの投稿、発信

写真や動画の撮影・撮影補助・管理・更新

ホームページの簡易な更新作業

メディア掲載情報の整理・記録

広報資料やデータ等の整理・修正

広報物（広告、HP等）の制作・修正のサポート

写真のトリミングや簡単な加工（専門知識不要のツール使用）

簡易なバナーの作成（テンプレあり）

ブログなどの制作業務のサポート

ドクターやクリニックスタッフとの調整業務

その他事務業務　など

【Required Qualifications】

・基本的なPC作業ができる方(Word・Excel・PowerPoint・Googleスプレッドシートなどの基本操作)

・基本的なSNS（Instagram・Facebook・LINE・TikTok・Threads・X）での情報発信、活用ができる方



・指示をもとに丁寧に作業できる方

・コミュニケーション能力があり、スタッフやドクターと円滑にやり取りできる方

・スピード感を持ち、細かい作業を正確にこなせる方

・美容・医療・ファッション・トレンドへの関心がある方



広報・PR、SNS運用、事務サポートのいずれかに経験がある方歓迎

写真や動画撮影が好きな方歓迎（スマホカメラのスキル）

電子カルテシステムの運用・保守・改善に注力し、業務効率化を推進する業務となります。

管理者として以下の業務を担当いただきます。



◾電子カルテシステムの最適化と効率化: 電子カルテシステムの設定作業を行い、日常的な運用と保守を通じて最適な状態を維持し、継続的な改善活動によるシステム性能の最適化を図ります。また、業務効率化のためにプロセスの自動化や簡略化を推進します。



◾データ管理と分析: 重要な業務データの収集と分析を行い、数値に基づく意思決定をサポートします。

■必須条件

短大専門卒以上

ITシステムの運用および保守経験（1年以上）

Excel・Googleスプレッドシート等のデータツールの利用経験　※難しい関数などは知らなくて問題ありません。



■歓迎条件

電子カルテ、CRM、BIツールのご経験がある方優遇

戦略立案他社商品の強みやサイトでのキャンペーン、広告の状況などを分析し、自社サイトへの転用について検討いただきます。戦略方針・予算の使い方など設計し、提案してください。る角度からの販促企画もお任せします。



■商品企画・開発

自社ブランドの商品企画や開発に携わっていただきます。他社の人気商品を分析して自社でアレンジしたり、「トレンドに沿った新商品開発」といった0→1のアイデア出しを行ってください。



ECサイト運営よりもさらに上流の商品開発・選定の段階から意見を出せる、やりがいのある仕事です。
