Job Description
■Attracting Overseas Customers and Overseas Sales

Overseas SNS management and other services, inbound agent support



■Reception and Reservation Services (Phone, Email, In-Person, etc.) ※Primarily serving international guests

Appointment management, patient reception, inquiry handling, billing, patient care, sales management, supply management, and computer-based administrative tasks (requires basic skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)



■Counseling Services ※Primarily for international clients

As a professional in aesthetic medicine, providing counseling (in-person and online) and patient follow-up to ensure patients can receive treatment with peace of mind.



■Interpreting services for physician counseling sessions and nurse explanations of surgical procedures and precautions



■Translation of documents and other administrative tasks
Eligible Applicants
Native-level English and Japanese required. Preference given to candidates with native-level proficiency in Chinese.

No prior experience in beauty clinics? No problem!

Salary
Monthly salary: 350,000 yen and up

Transportation expenses covered, up to ¥30,000

For a monthly salary of ¥350,000 / ¥54,900 per month

Job Description
At GLOBAL, you will handle back-office operations primarily focused on assisting international patients while utilizing your English and Chinese language skills.



You will primarily handle communications with international patients and business partners via phone, email, and direct messages. This role also involves diverse responsibilities such as appointment scheduling, document translation, and social media management, supporting the growth of our global operations.
Examples of Specific Job Responsibilities
・Handling inquiries in English and Chinese (phone and email)

・Translation services for consent forms, OP medication instructions, etc.

・ Social media management support (including Stories updates)

・Back office support for follow-up appointment notifications and scheduling adjustments

・Creating, organizing, and managing case photos for website display

・Coordination and liaison with various vendors, including overseas partners
