Treatment using our unique and skilled technique, BIANCA METHODS
At BIANCA CLINIC, we have established the "BIANCA METHODS" as our own expert technique to continue to provide our patients with high-quality treatments, including Mesona J. BIANCA METHODS sets strict standards for all treatments in terms of perceived effectiveness, risk of friction, quality, etc., and we continue to improve it whenever new knowledge is acquired.
Mesona J training is based on the BIANCA METHODS and is repeated, and only nurses who pass the test are allowed to actually treat patients. The training includes thorough instruction on each step, from how to wrap towels around the face and décolleté, to how to apply Mesona J tools, how to apply packs after treatment, and how to apply cream. Dermatologists sometimes participate in the training, and provide feedback to help practitioners improve their skills.

Features
Characteristics
What is Mesona J?
Mesona J is the world's first percutaneous introducer exclusively for medical institutions that has passed the strict quality standards required for medical devices (JIS standards, EMC tests, etc.). In addition, Mesona J is a higher quality, higher performance domestically produced percutaneous introducer that inherits all the functions of the famous Italian-made "MesoActis", a percutaneous introducer exclusively for medical institutions.
Unlike iontophoresis and ultrasonic introduction machines, Mesona J is characterized by the mesoporation method, which applies a technology called electroporation. Electroporation is a technology that applies special electric pulses to the skin to create microscopic gaps in the skin cell membrane. This method allows multiple ingredients that cannot be absorbed by simply applying them, such as non-ionized ingredients and high-molecular-weight active ingredients, to be simultaneously and painlessly introduced into the dermis layer deep in the skin.

Penetration power is 70 times that of an iontophoresis machine and 300 times that of a regular application
Mesona J delivers active ingredients to the dermis layer without damaging the skin and acts directly on the cells, so it has the same effect as an injection. The mesoporation method that is the principle of Mesona J is said to increase the penetration of active ingredients into the skin by about 300 times compared to regular application and about 70 times compared to using an iontophoresis machine.
Mesona J treatment consists of two steps. First, electroporation is performed with a pen-shaped probe to create a path for the effective ingredients to reach the dermis layer. Next, a roller-shaped probe is placed on the skin, and the effective ingredients are introduced into the dermis layer by electrical repulsion, electrical penetration, and physical pressure without causing skin damage or pain. There is no need to worry about small gaps that appear in the cell membrane as they close immediately.

Uses an introduction drug that combines eight types of effective ingredients
At our clinic, we combine the appropriate effective ingredients from the following eight types according to your skin concerns and preferences, and use either the pink THE PINK or the white THE WHITE as the introduction agent for Mesona J. Please consult with your doctor for more details.
1) Vitamin C derivatives: Useful for wrinkles, age spots, and anti-aging care. Increases collagen production, leading to firmer, clearer skin.
2) Tranexamic acid: Particularly useful for melasma. It is also expected to have an anti-inflammatory effect.
3) Arbutin: Expected to improve post-inflammatory pigmentation and whiten the skin
4) Argireline: Useful for wrinkles. Also known as "Botox in paste."
5) Hyaluronic acid: Useful for anti-aging care and increasing the skin's moisturizing power. Improves skin texture and gives skin a firm, radiant look.
6) Vitamin A: Useful for enlarged pores, acne, and anti-aging care. Prevents photoaging and leads to firm, elastic skin.
7) Vitamin B12: Useful for red face and atopic dermatitis
8) Vitamin B6: Supports skin turnover and removes old dead skin cells and clogged pores.

Advice from Doctor BIANCA
Advice
■Differences between Mesona J, iontophoresis and Caresys
Mesona J uses a technique called electroporation to deliver high molecular weight ingredients to the skin, but iontophoresis machines cannot deliver ingredients with large molecular weights to the skin. Also, Mesona J can deliver drugs to the dermis layer, but iontophoresis machines can only deliver drugs to the epidermis layer.
Next, let's look at the difference between Mesona J and Caresis. They are the same in that they use a technique called electroporation to deliver drugs to the dermis layer. However, the penetration rate of Caresis is about 20 times that of an iontophoresis machine, while Mesona J is about 70 times. In addition, Mesona J has a wide variety of drugs to be delivered, and can be customized for each skin concern or treatment area.
■Difference between Mesona J and Water Injection (Skin Booster)
Mesona J, also known as "needle-free water injection," is a treatment in which an auto-injector with a very fine needle is used to inject useful ingredients into the shallow dermis layer while sucking the skin. At BIANCA CLINIC, we use a water injection called "Bella Vita," which is designed to be low-noise and high vacuum pressure, reducing pain and bleeding.
When using water injections, topical anesthesia is administered using an anesthetic cream, and the patient is given appropriate instructions during the procedure to ensure pain is not felt. Because water injections are injected directly into the skin, they are said to be more efficient at introducing the drug than Mesona J.
However, for those whose skin does not respond well to anesthetic cream, those who dislike needles, or those who want to avoid damaging their skin as much as possible, we recommend Mesona J, a treatment that does not use anesthetic cream or needles and is therefore almost painless and has almost no downtime.
■Points to note about Mesona J
There are almost no side effects or risks associated with Mesona J treatment. In rare cases, allergic reactions may occur due to the administrated drugs, but the drugs used at our clinic almost never cause allergic reactions.
Because Mesona J applies electricity to the skin, you may experience a slight tingling sensation during treatment, a metallic taste if the treatment is performed near the mouth, or a flash of light if the treatment is performed near the eyes. However, apart from that, there is no other noticeable pain or sensation, and some patients even fall asleep during Mesona J treatment. However, in rare cases, redness or dryness may appear in the treated area due to the electrical stimulation or friction of the probe. If this occurs, please contact our clinic immediately.
Please refrain from shaving 2-3 days prior to your treatment, and from using peel-off face packs or massaging the day before. Also, please avoid using scrubs for one week after your treatment and take proper care to moisturize your skin and protect yourself from UV rays.
Flow of treatment
Content of treatment
01 Cleansing/Facial Wash
Patients are asked to wash and cleanse their own face. If any makeup, cleanser or cleanser remains on the skin, it may penetrate into the skin during the Mesona J treatment, so please wash it off thoroughly. If possible, please come to the clinic with no makeup or light makeup on the day of the treatment to ensure a smooth process until the treatment.
02 Doctor's examination/counseling
During counseling, we thoroughly check the patient's skin condition and concerns, propose the appropriate medication for the skin type and skin concerns, and adjust the treatment schedule. We will explain the treatment contents, effects, and precautions, so please feel free to ask us any questions or concerns you may have.
03 Treatment
Before the treatment, please remove any metal products that come into contact with the skin, such as watches and accessories. The therapist will once again wipe off any remaining makeup and sebum, apply the introduction agent to the skin, and then first irradiate the skin with an electric pulse using a pen-type probe, and then introduce the agent using a roller-type probe.

04 Soothe with a mask and finish with cream
After the treatment, we will use a pack and cream to soothe and moisturize your skin. You can apply makeup immediately after the treatment, so please use the makeup room.
we also focus on minimizing downtime for treatments.
