What is Mopheus 8?
Mophius8 is a treatment in which 24 fine needles (microneedles) are inserted into the subcutaneous tissue and RF heat energy is emitted from the needle tips. By deliberately injuring the tissues that produce collagen and elastin inside the skin, the skin's natural ability to heal the wound is activated. Particularly promising effects include reduction in firmness and elasticity of skin caused by aging, improvement of acne scars and scars, and strong tightening of sagging skin.
Potenza and other devices deliver heat energy to a narrow area of the targeted layer. The difference with Mopheus 8 is that the heat energy generated from the needle tip can be delivered over a wide area, from the subcutaneous tissue to the skin surface. It is still capable of tightening the inside of the skin efficiently and powerfully. In addition, the damage to the skin surface caused by the needles brings out a wound healing effect, leading to firmer, more elastic skin.
Use multiple attachments together for effective results
Mophius 8 is one of the attachments included in the tightening device "Embrace RF". Other attachments include Facetite, Bodytite, and Accutite, and combination treatments are also offered depending on the symptoms and areas of sagging.

Mopheus 8 uses anesthesia for "painless treatment"
Microneedle treatment involves inserting thin needles into the skin to trigger a wound healing response and promote skin regeneration, but many people are reluctant to try it because of the pain.
With Mopheus 8, pain can be sufficiently controlled by administering anesthesia before the procedure. The degree of pain varies depending on the depth of the needle, but pain can be well controlled by administering topical anesthesia applied to the skin, as well as nitrous oxide anesthesia, which relaxes the mind. Mophius 8 has a strong tightening effect, so the difference between before and after is likely to be noticeable, but the downtime period is about one week.

On the other hand, the Mophius 8 can insert needles up to 4mm deep into the skin and deliver heat energy to a depth of 5mm, which provides a powerful tightening effect.

02 Washing the face and marking the treatment area
Before the treatment, please wash and cleanse your face to make sure your skin is clean. After that, the treatment area will be marked to clearly indicate the area to be irradiated with the Mopheus 8.
03 Anesthesia/surgery
Anesthesia methods (anesthetic cream, local anesthesia, relaxing anesthesia, nitrous oxide anesthesia, block anesthesia, intravenous anesthesia) are selected according to the patient to reduce pain during irradiation. After that, a microneedle is inserted into the treatment area and RF irradiation is performed from the needle tip. The required time varies depending on the treatment, but it is about 20 minutes. 04 After treatment
