What is Rejuran (Salmon Injection)?
Rejuran (salmon injection) is a skin booster containing polynucleotides (PN) extracted from salmon DNA, which have the effect of repairing and regenerating cells and tissues and promoting new blood vessels.
By stimulating fibroblasts and causing cell proliferation to regenerate the skin, it thickens the epidermis and dermis, improving skin firmness, tightening, and increasing elasticity and volume. At BIANCA CLINIC, we not only treat with Rejuran i alone, but also inject it in combination with Botox. Rejuran i's effect of restoring the skin's moisturizing power and elasticity and making wrinkles less noticeable, and Botox's effect of reducing pores and suppressing sebum, work together to create a synergistic effect that aims to give you clear, lustrous skin. If you are interested in a treatment that combines the best of both Rejuran i and Botox, such as wanting Korean skin or wanting to pursue firmer skin, please feel free to contact us.
■A total of four injections are recommended, spaced 2-3 weeks apart.
This is a treatment that allows you to feel a change in your skin texture after just one treatment. Although results may vary from person to person, we recommend a total of four treatments, scheduled every two to three weeks in accordance with the skin's regeneration cycle, to ensure you see a more definite change. After that, you can expect the effects to last if you receive maintenance treatments roughly once every six months.
■Progression after Rejuran treatment
Immediately after Rejuran treatment, the injection site will be slightly raised like a mosquito bite, and the skin will be bumpy, but this will subside within a few hours to a day. The treatment site may also swell, and internal bleeding may occur at the site where the needle was inserted. Although this varies from person to person, it will take a few days for the swelling to subside, and about a week if internal bleeding occurs. Avoid treatment just before an important event, and make your reservation with about 1 days to spare.
Makeup is possible from the day after the procedure, so if you are concerned about swelling or internal bleeding immediately after the procedure, we recommend that you bring sunglasses and a mask. Please refrain from washing your face for 6 hours after the procedure, and only showers are allowed on the day of the procedure. Bathing is permitted from one week after the procedure.

02 Injection site make-off
Before the Rejuran treatment, please remove your makeup and wash your face. Cleansing products and facial cleansers are provided at our clinic.
03 麻 酔
A topical anesthetic is administered to reduce the pain caused by the needle insertion. At our clinic, the Rejuran medication also contains an anesthetic, aiming for treatment that is painless.
04 Treatment
After some time has passed and the epidermal anesthesia has taken effect, the treatment begins. The medicine is injected in small amounts by hand. The treatment takes approximately 15 to 30 minutes, and the treatment is finished once pressure has been applied to stop the bleeding.
