GOURI is the world's first liquid PCL (polycaprolactone) formulation, developed in May 2021*. PCL is one of the ingredients used in the threads used in thread lifts. By penetrating the skin, it stimulates fibroblasts, strengthening skin tissue and supporting collagen production. It is suitable for addressing concerns such as loose, sagging skin, lack of elasticity, as well as hollows, wrinkles, and dark circles under the eyes.
Gouri is a liquid formulation with relatively high diffusion power. Because the formulation spreads naturally at the injection site, it is said to have little discomfort when the effects are felt. What is GOURI?
GOURI is the world's first collagen booster made primarily from liquid PCL (polycaprolactone). When injected, it stimulates collagen production in the skin, lifting and tightening areas of concern, improving firmness and radiance, and reducing the appearance of dimples and dark circles. It spreads quickly across the entire face upon injection, eliminating the need for multiple needle injections and leaving little to no lumpy skin after injection, as is common with other skin-boosting products.
Stimulates fibroblasts to produce new collagen in the skin
Gouri is a treatment that supports collagen production, but the formulation itself does not contain collagen. Injecting gouri stimulates fibroblasts, strengthening skin tissue and leading to a powerful increase in collagen in the skin. Rather than "feeling the effects immediately after injection," the treatment gradually increases skin thickness and elasticity over the course of about a month, aiming for a lifting effect.
The formulation itself spreads quickly after injection, but it takes a relatively long time to break down, so the support for collagen production continues for a long time. Gouri's unique feature is that it naturally increases skin volume over the course of about a month after treatment, and the effects are said to last for several months.
Lower risk and higher safety compared to conventional injectable formulations
Conventional injectable formulations can cause side effects such as granulation formation and embolism caused by microparticles blocking blood vessels. However, Gouri is liquid and has high diffusibility, so these risks are reduced and it can be injected to address concerns in any part of the face.
Gouri underwent safety testing by North American Science Associates (NAMSA) in 2018, underwent Korean clinical trials for KFDA* approval, and obtained CE marking* in 2021. These certifications are also a source of reassurance.

■Feel the change with an injection of 2cc or more
To fully experience the skin changes and effects of Gouri, we recommend injecting a formulation of 2cc or more. Because Gouri itself does not contain collagen, rather than seeing visible changes immediately after the treatment, the treatment aims to slowly and naturally achieve skin elasticity and a lifting effect over the course of one month after injection. While the degree and duration of effects vary from person to person, Bianca recommends three treatments every three months. After that, we will decide whether to resume treatment after one year has passed and consult with a doctor, so please consult us each time.

Gouri is expected to be more effective on skin that has lost firmness and become more saggy due to years of irritation and UV rays, rather than on skin that has experienced significant volume loss, and on skin that is concerned with "etched wrinkles" that deepen with age. 02 Make-up removal and anesthesia
Before the treatment, you will be asked to cleanse and wash your face, and local anesthesia will be administered to the treatment area.
