This is a surgery in which the conjunctiva behind the lower eyelid is incised to remove the fat under the eyeball, known as orbital fat. This is suitable when the sagging is not severe, but if the sagging is severe, skin removal of the lower eyelid may also be performed. In addition, if the hollows under the eyes are noticeable after only removing the orbital fat, it is possible to achieve a smoother finish by combining it with fat injection.

The Hamra method is a surgery that simultaneously improves sagging skin and hollows under the eyes by making an incision along the lash line of the lower eyelid and moving and fixing the orbital fat under the eye to the hollows around the eyes. Surgery to remove orbital fat can make the hollows under the eyes more noticeable, but the Hamra method, which moves fat, makes it possible to avoid this risk.

[Secret Hamra Method]
The Ura Hamra method is a surgery that, like the Hamra method, moves and fixes orbital fat to simultaneously improve sagging skin and hollows under the eyes. The difference with the Hamra method is that the Hamra method makes an incision on the surface of the skin around the eyes, while the Ura Hamra method makes an incision on the back of the lower eyelid. Compared to the Hamra method, the risk of complications is lower, and there is no loss of tear bags.

Downtime for dark circle removal with fat removal is about one week. If fat injection is also performed, it will be about 1 days to two weeks. Please refrain from driving a car, motorbike, or bicycle on the day of dark circle removal. After dark circle removal, you may experience bloody tears from your eyes, but this will usually subside within about one week. Makeup can be applied 10 hours after surgery.
