Follow-up Consultation Fee: 3,300 yen (tax included)
These fees will apply.

※ The follow-up consultation fee applies only if it is a consultation only.

From August 2024, if you choose Dr. Miyamoto, the following consultation fees will apply.

■ Initial Consultation Fee: Patients seeing Dr. Miyamoto for the first time (both new and returning patients) will incur an initial consultation fee.

■ Follow-up Consultation Fee: Patients who have previously seen Dr. Miyamoto will incur a follow-up consultation fee for subsequent visits. However, the follow-up fee applies only if it is a consultation only.
