01 Philosophy Training
At the BIANCA General Meeting,Board Chair's Ideology TrainingWe are implementing.
At BIANCA, new employees join us almost every month, so we regularly repeat training for staff.Instill BIANCA's philosophyTo that end, we will also hold lectures on our philosophy.
Inside OutBased on this philosophy, BIANCA employees learn about the mindset they should adopt, the purpose behind their work, and the goals they should pursue.
Instead of seeking causes or blame outside yourself, improve external circumstances by changing what lies within. By adopting an inside-out mindset, your relationships with others will improve, and your life will experience significant positive change.
02 Management Training
Management personnel (Chairperson, Representative, Director, Deputy Director, Manager, Leader, Sub-Leader) will participate in a full-day training session.

03 Basic Training
The very first training you receive upon joining BIANCA,The Chairman himself conducts this training for new employees and their preceptors.You will learn the mindset required to work at BIANCA, the concepts of self-blame versus blaming others, the existence of the valley of excuses, and the importance of overcoming the wall of habit.
This training programTo never forget our original aspirations, to create opportunities for repeated learning, a system for repeated enrollmentWe are doing this. Several months after joining the company, we are conducting retraining for staff who are about to become full-time employees and for those who have been full-time employees for a while.
04 Step-Up Training
This is an annual training program for mid-level staff, specifically general employees in their second or third year of employment. It focuses on developing their role as a bridge between junior employees and management.Training program providing input on leadership, expectations, and requirements for the next generation of management candidatesis.
This training program is highly active and substantive, allowing employees who have worked at BIANCA for several years to exchange ideas. It also contributes to strengthening followership after the training.
05 Safety Training
BLS (Basic Life Support for cardiac arrest or respiratory arrest) practice: Training for all employees to prepare for potential emergencies at the clinic.We are conducting emergency response drills. Following the emergency response manual, we are confirming evacuation routes within the clinic and verifying department-specific tasks.
We will also review AED operation and emergency cart usage procedures. We will conduct role-playing exercises in shifts simulating emergency situations.
06 Customer Service Etiquette Training

07 Makeup Workshop
BIANCA staffTo achieve makeup that is neither overly flashy as medical professionals nor overly refined as a beauty clinic, we invited makeup artist Junjun.Using Junjun's makeup on the model as a reference, all staff members used the same makeup items,Lecture on makeup techniques suitable for BIANCAI was given the opportunity to do so.
The training session was highly praised by staff members, as they were able to observe professional hair and makeup techniques up close.
08 Team Building Training
Each member'sBuilding a team that maximizes skills, abilities, and experience to achieve goalsThis training is designed to achieve the following objectives.
For junior staff and new hires, we instilled the importance of taking initiative and working proactively. Mid-level employees, who increasingly find themselves bridging the gap between management and the field, honed their skills to effectively facilitate team functioning. This training was highly engaging, with teams competing to achieve goals by defining individual roles and strategies for each member.
09 5star Training
BIANCA's 5-Star Service GoalsWhat is it? Learn from the examples and initiatives of 5-star hotels and airlines, and from there...Training to discuss and create our unique definition of 5-star hospitality in aesthetic medicine that incorporates the essence of BIANCAWe performed.
This training session also included sharing marketing data on market trends, future outlooks, and clinic openings and closures within the aesthetic medicine industry, providing a valuable opportunity to learn about the field we work in.
10 Human Resources Communication Training
We invited a former Starbucks Coffee Japan Organizational and Human Resources Development Manager as a lecturer,The importance of communication in the workplace and strengthening communicationto further enhance the relationshipAssertive CommunicationI learned about.
Through this training, the concept of followership took root at BIANCA. We were able to spend valuable time learning together as a whole team, stepping away from our daily operations.
11 Achievement Training
We welcomed a lecturer from Achievement Inc.,Training aimed at team building and goal achievementWe conducted.
The two-day training program was extremely fulfilling, covering topics such as reflecting on one's life, goal-setting methods, designing scenarios for achieving goals, presentations in teams, and individual presentations. During the individual presentations and the exchange of messages with bouquets of gratitude, there were moments when emotions overflowed and eyes welled up.The growth of each staff memberThis training proved to be highly valuable in contributing to the achievement of BIANCA's vision.
