01 Philosophy Training

Philosophy training is conducted by the president at the BIANCA employee general meeting held twice a year. Management training training

02 Management Training

Managers (chairman, representative, hospital director, assistant representative, manager, leader, sub-leader) participate and conduct full-day training twice a year.
We will reaffirm BIANCA's future vision, set short- to medium-term goals, and select specific implementation measures.Apart from daily work, employees learn about the way of thinking and stance as a manager, and actively exchange opinions among members.
The marketing strategy presentation by the representative's assistant, which included introductions of other companies' case studies and educational videos, was a meaningful session for creating a common language for the future direction of BIANCA.

Basic training

03 Basic training

This training is the first training that new employees and their preceptors receive after joining BIANCA. You will learn how to prepare for working at BIANCA, how to think about self-blame and blame others, the existence of the valley of excuses, and the importance of overcoming the barrier of habits.
This training is a system of repeated attendance in order to provide opportunities for repeated learning so that employees do not forget their original intentions.Several months after joining the company, we also conduct re-training for staff who have been full-time employees for a while and when they become full-time employees.

Step-up training

04 Step-up training

This training is held once a year for general staff who have been with the company for 2,3 or 1 years and fall under the category of mid-level employees.This training provides input on what the generation wants, expects, and leadership as a liaison between junior employees and managers, and as a candidate for the next management position. It is a very lively training with rich content as employees who have worked at BIANCA for several years can exchange opinions with each other.It also helps strengthen followership after the training.

Safety training

05 Safety training

All employees are trained to practice BLS (basic life support for cardiopulmonary or respiratory arrest) and to prepare for emergency situations at the clinic.In accordance with the emergency response manual, we will check the flow line in the clinic and check the tasks for each department. We will also check how to operate the AED and how to use the ambulance cart.We will also conduct role-playing assuming an emergency in a shift system.

07 Make-up class

In order for the BIANCA staff not to be too glamorous as medical professionals and to apply sophisticated makeup as a beauty clinic, we invited makeup artist junjun. All the staff used the same makeup items based on junjun's makeup for models, and gave a lecture on makeup and techniques suitable for BIANCA.
The training was very well received by the staff as they were able to see professional hair and makeup up close.

08 Team building training

The purpose of this training is to maximize the skill, ability, and experience of each member and create a team that can achieve goals.We teach young staff and new employees the importance of working proactively and taking initiative in their work. Mid-career employees will have more opportunities to stand between managers and the field, so we will improve their skills to make the team function well as a mediator.It was a training session in which each team member set their own roles and strategies and challenged themselves to achieve their goals through team competition.

09 5star training

What is BIANCA's goal of 5star hospitality? We learned about the cases and efforts of 5star hotels and airlines, and from there we discussed and created a unique definition of 5star service for aesthetic medicine that incorporates the uniqueness of BIANCA.In this training, we shared marketing data such as market trends and future prospects in the aesthetic medicine industry, and the status of opening and closing of hospitals, so it was a good opportunity to learn about the industry in which we work.

HR communication training

10 HR communication training

We invited a former Starbucks Coffee Japan organization and human resource development department manager as a lecturer, and learned about the importance of communication in work and assertive communication to further enhance relationships by strengthening communication.Through this training, the word followership has taken root at BIANCA.I was able to get away from my daily work and spend a good time learning with all the employees.

Safety training

11 Achievement training

We invited a lecturer from Achievement Co., Ltd. and conducted training aimed at team building and goal achievement. The two-day training was very fulfilling, including reviewing one's own life, setting goals, designing scenarios for achieving goals, giving presentations in teams, and giving individual presentations.There was also a scene in which the individual presentations and the exchange of messages of thanksgiving bouquets were overflowing with emotions.It was a very meaningful training that contributed to the achievement of BIANCA's vision through the growth of each staff member.

Joint study session for nurses

Nurse joint study session image

All nurses from both the Ginza and Omotesando hospitals hold study sessions once every three months.
BIANCA nurses are striving to unify and improve their technical skills, so we provide opportunities to periodically check procedures and brush up on the BIANCA METHOD so that there are no variations among staff.In addition, staff members can share the knowledge and awareness they have cultivated in their daily work, and by inviting traders to hold study sessions throughout the day, they will be able to increase their motivation.

We regularly hold joint study sessions involving doctors and nurses.It is a place to share doctor's examinations and assessments, give advice to nurses, and actively exchange opinions from nurses.There is also a session where the doctor explains the surgery with case examples.We value the exchange of information and the updating of knowledge among medical professionals in order to achieve results in treatment.

BIANCA has a culture of incorporating new treatments with high frequency.Before starting a new treatment, we always hold a study session to confirm the overview of the treatment, indications, knowledge, techniques, and counseling methods.In this way, BIANCA requires not only new employees but also senior employees to update their knowledge and study on a daily basis.

Pop-up

In September 2021, the BIANCA online shop [BIANCA CLOSET] held a pop-up event for a limited time at Ginza Mitsukoshi. A large number of customers came to visit us in a sophisticated space filled with the world view of BIANCA CLOSET, and we were able to actually touch the products and talk directly with patients at our hospital.Guests were invited and it was a gorgeous event.

Job change event

We set up a booth at a career change event dedicated to beauty nurses.At the booth, an active BIANCA nurse and a personnel manager who works as an interviewer held a briefing session on hiring beauty nurses.At the briefing session, there was a wide variety of contents such as a greeting message from Chairman Hotta, an explanation of the company, the flow of the day, the attractiveness of work, motivation, educational curriculum, internal and external training, the human resources we seek, and an introduction to the personnel system.

Regular lunch meeting

At BIANCA, we have a lunch subsidy system once a month as part of the welfare program for the purpose of staff exchange, and we use it to hold lunch meetings at each hospital.On the day of the lunch meeting, all the employees who go to work gather to have lunch together and communicate with each other.The staff always look forward to a luxurious lunch of eel, sushi, and steak. (The contents of the lunch are ordered variously each time within the subsidy)

Rooftop summer party

We held a BIANCA summer party on the rooftop of ONE GINZA. All departments from Ginza, Omotesando, and the back office gathered together to enjoy a BBQ and recreational activities. We were responsible for everything from preparation to cleanup, and it was a great opportunity to foster communication across the boundaries of clinics and departments.
