結論、糸リフトは金ドブではありません！

と、言いたいところですが、糸リフトの適応を誤ったり、目的を誤解したりすると金ドブになります。

 

✖️適応を誤る：

・皮膚だるみが強すぎる

・たるんでいる脂肪量が多すぎる

たるみは浅い層である肌自体のたるみ＋深い層でのたるみ　に分けられたのでした。

糸リフトは深い層を引き上げる治療です。深い層を引き上げても、重度の皮膚のたるみは改善しません。

その場合、皮膚たるみを改善させる治療(モフィウス8やフェイスリフトなど)が必要になります。

軽度の皮膚だるみであれば、糸リフト自体のコラーゲン産生で改善が期待できます。

脂肪量も顔の区画によって多いところ、少ないところがあり、その凹凸もたるんで見える原因となります。

脂肪を多いところから少ないところに糸リフトで移動させることはできますが、脂肪吸引やエンブレイスRFを併用した方が綺麗になる場合があります。

✖️目的を誤解

・糸リフトの効果は1年前後である

糸リフトは必ず後戻りします。二重の全切開のように半永久的に持続するものと期待すると金ドブに感じてしまいます。

糸によるリフトアップ期間は６ヶ月-1年程度、糸自体のコラーゲン産生による引き締め効果は1年-1年半続きます。

なので強いリフトアップを継続したい場合は６ヶ月-1年程度ごと、引き締め感・ハリ感を維持したい場合は1年-1年半ごとの施術をお勧めします。

例えば肌にかかる重力が、糸リフトを継続的に行うことで1/3になっていれば10年経っても3年分のたるみで抑えることができるのです。

・糸リフト、HIFU、RF（ラジオ波）の違いとは？

Thread Lift：引き上げ　ダウンタイム1w程度

HIFU：引き上げ＋引き締め　ダウンタイムなし(筋肉痛程度)

RF（ラジオ波）：引き締め　ダウンタイムなし

引き上げとは、指で頬を上に軽く引っ張ったような変化。引き締めとは、ピタッと肌が奥に張り付いているような変化です。

 

即時的な引き上げ力は糸リフト＞＞HIFU。糸リフトはSector2→3に脂肪を移動するため大きな引き上げが可能です。

Thread Lift、HIFU、RFそれぞれを組み合わせてたるみ治療、予防を行うことが大事です。
