How should I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made 24 hours a day, 365 days a year via the web. (The service may be temporarily unavailable during system maintenance.)

Can I change or cancel my reservation?

Reservation changes and cancellations are possible up to 48 hours prior to the reservation date.

【A change or cancellation fee of ¥2,200 (tax included) will apply after 48 hours.】

For changes or cancellations made on the day of or the day before your appointment, we cannot process them online. Please contact the clinic directly.

How to Change or Cancel a Reservation Made Online

① From BIANCA's website, the online reservation screen (https://biancaclinic.jp/contact/Please open the [item].
② Tap the three horizontal lines displayed in the upper left corner, then tap "Reservation List."
③ You will be directed to the login screen. Please enter the email address and password you used when making your reservation and log in.
④ Once the reservation list appears, tap "View Details" for the reservation you wish to modify or cancel.
⑤ Tap the corresponding option in the "Reservation Date/Time" section: 《Change Reservation》 or 《Cancel Reservation》.
⑥ If you select "Change Appointment," please choose whether it's an initial or follow-up visit, select your treatment menu, specify your preferred physician, and select your date and time to confirm your appointment.

Can I be placed on a waiting list for cancellations?

How far in advance can I make a reservation?

How can I make an appointment for surgery?

The process of the surgery.
(1) First, please come to the clinic for a "consultation only," and after consulting with the doctor, we will decide on the appropriate surgical technique.

(2) If you wish to apply with the details we have proposed,

How do I schedule a post-operative follow-up appointment?

Can I request a specific nurse?

Only dermatological treatment is available. (Injections and surgery are not covered)

A nomination fee of 1,100 yen (tax included) will be charged.

What should I do if I'm going to be late on the day?

If you are more than 10 minutes late, we regret to inform you that we may have to cancel your appointment (no treatment or counseling on the same day).

Please note that we may not be able to accommodate late arrivals even if we are notified in advance, depending on the availability of the reservation on the day of the appointment.

Are there any items I need to bring on the day?

First-time patients, please bring identification (My Number Card, driver's license, health insurance card, passport, etc.) for verification purposes.

If you wish to have same-day treatment (skin and injection treatment), please bring your own makeup tools if necessary.

What types of anesthesia are available?

To minimize pain and anxiety, we offer a wide variety of anesthesia options.

Do I need to go to the hospital after surgery?

Is there a warranty period for surgical procedures?

The warranty period is one year from the date of treatment (for all menus).

If the doctor determines that a revision surgery is necessary, the surgery will be free of charge within the warranty period.

About Hyaluronic Acid Treatments

How long does it take for hyaluronic acid to be absorbed?

Most of our hyaluronic acid formulations last approximately 12 months, while formulations used for softer areas like tear troughs may last about 6 to 8 months.

Please note that the duration may vary from person to person.

How much does hyaluronic acid cost?

The total amount is the "treatment fee + drug fee + cannula fee.

Does hyaluronic acid have any downtime?

Swelling and internal bleeding may occur, depending on the individual.

It depends on the amount of injection, etc,2-3 days after surgeryis likely to be the peak of symptoms of edema and swelling sensation, and then gradually settles down over time.

■Precautions for each site

  • Lips: This area is more prone to symptoms of swelling than other areas.

  • Nose :Temporarily, the nasal bridge may appear thicker and the eyes may feel closer together, but this will recede in a few days.
       For a few days, you may experience a "dull ache" when blowing your nose or putting on your glasses.
  • Amount : Downtime is somewhat longer and may include swelling and headaches. as the swelling gradually moves downward,

Can leftover hyaluronic acid be injected into other areas? Also, what happens to the leftover hyaluronic acid?

If there are drugs that were not used up that day, they can be re-injected within the following time periods.

Regarding Saunas and Long Baths After Hyaluronic Acid Treatments

Generally, the next day or later is not a problem.

If you are concerned about swelling or edema, please refrain from using it for about a week.

Is it necessary to shave beforehand for hyaluronic acid treatments?

The order of treatment and the position of injection will be determined based on the condition of the patient's face on the day of the treatment, and the optimal plan will be proposed.

Should I come in with makeup on the day of my treatment?

You may come to the clinic with or without makeup.

If you have a request for "Injection with a balance that matches your daily makeup."

Please come in with your regular makeup on. We will propose the best design for you based on the overall atmosphere of your face.

Makeup removal during surgery

Because the injection site needs to be disinfected, you can choose one of the following

Can I bring my child with me to the clinic?
