About Long-Distance Transportation Support

For patients who come to BIANCA from outside of Kanto area,

We support a portion of the transportation costs in the form of a discount from the treatment fee.

 

Conditions of eligibility

For those who live outside of Kanto area

For those who use public transportation (train, bus, plane, etc.)

Must be able to submit official receipts.

 

Required Documents

The following two items must be submitted

(1) Receipt of public transportation (round trip)

*Only those issued by the transportation company you boarded.

*Only the original paper is valid.(All PDFs and photocopies are not acceptable)

Packaged products with hotels, etc. are not applicable.

(2) Identification that confirms current address

(driver's license, my number card, insurance card, resident card, etc.)

 

Discounts (based on treatment cost excluding tax)

100,000 yen or more → 🉐.Up to ¥10,000 discount

200,000 yen or more → 🉐.Up to ¥20,000 discount

More than ¥300,000 → 🉐.Up to ¥30,000 discount

・¥500,000以上 → 🉐Up to ¥50,000 discount

*Anesthesia fee is included.

 

Applicable Rules

Direct discount from the amount paid

(🚨Cash is not acceptable)

Applicable only once per contract

For surgery, the total amount (reservation fee + balance + anesthesia fee) is applied

 

Cases not covered: ⚠️

・Those who submitted receipts or filed tax returns after accounting

Residents of Kanto

Discounted treatments such as monitors/course contracts

Art make-up

Sales of goods

If you are unable to submit the original paper receipts

Other than public transportation (highway/gasoline/taxi/parking fees, etc.)

Precautions

Receipts are dated around the date of the visit.

Approximately within one week.

Home to clinic, etc,

Only transfers necessary to visit the hospital are covered.
