The Incisional Method involves making an incision in the eyelid to shorten the levator muscle, enhancing the ability to open the eyes. This procedure is performed with meticulous attention to maintaining a harmonious double eyelid crease, ensuring a balanced and natural outcome. The MT Method, on the other hand, is a minimally invasive technique that uses ultra-fine medical threads to tighten and shorten the levator muscle from behind the eyelid, without the need for any skin incisions.

For those who qualify, a brow lift (incision under the brow) can improve sagging eyelids without dramatically changing the appearance of the eyes and offers the advantage of leaving a natural finish. By making an incision near the eyebrows and removing the skin under the eyebrows, the thickness above the double eyelid line is reduced, creating a clearer look around the eyes.

The incision is made in an inconspicuous position along the eyebrow line, but it is important to note that scars may be left in positions that are visible whether the eyes are open or closed. We pursue careful and precise suturing, and always keep in mind the goal of creating scars that are as unobtrusive and long-lasting as possible when we treat patients.

The brow lift (subbrow incision) is a procedure that addresses concerns caused by sagging eyelids, such as "My double eyelids look narrower than before" or "I'm worried about my deep-set eyelids." We receive consultations from people of all ages, including some young patients in their 20s and 30s

For those who are concerned about puffy eyelids or have noticeable eyelid sagging due to aging, we also recommend the Brow Lift (Subbrow Incision) + ROOF Excision. ROOF resection is a procedure to remove the subcutaneous fat mass under the orbicularis oculi muscle.
