    What is Important in Hyaluronic Acid Injections?

    There are two key aspects I focus on when performing hyaluronic acid injections:The first is aligning the desired outcome with the patient. I take great care to ensure that the patient’s expectations and my proposed treatment plan align as closely as possible. If the patient’s goals are too far from what is realistically achievable, I make sure to communicate this clearly and offer alternative solutions.

    This approach often leads to high patient satisfaction. Moments when a patient sees their reflection post-treatment and exclaims, “I look beautiful!” or their expression lights up with happiness make me proud to be an aesthetic doctor.It’s especially gratifying when a satisfied patient trusts me enough to refer family members for their treatments.

    Music manage pain. Since tension can make patients more sensitive to pain, I first ensure they feel as relaxed as they would at home through open communication. Additionally, I thoroughly cool the centerline of the face, especially around the mouth and nose, as these areas are more sensitive, to prepare before administering anesthesia.

    To reduce the pain and anxiety associated with anesthesia, I may provide patients with specialized tools to help them stay comfortable. I also use the thinnest possible needles and consistently check in with the patient to ensure they are not experiencing discomfort during the procedure.

    What are your favorite aesthetic medical treatments?

    I’ve always been passionate about aesthetic medicine and began undergoing anti-aging treatments in my 20s. Here’s an overview of my personal journey with treatments: Mid-XNUMXs:Iontophoresis and chemical peels. Late 20s: HIFU for skin tightening. Early 20s: Botulinum toxin treatments (Botox).

    Currently, I receive various treatments regularly, including: Thread lifts and Voluma fillers for sagging skin. Mesona J treatments monthly to maintain healthy skin. Hydroboost therapy, which I treat myself to as a “reward” every six months to a year.

    At BIANA CLINIC, I’m fortunate to collaborate with dedicated colleagues: Thread lifts are: maintained by Dr. Hotta, the clinic’s director. Botulinum toxin injections: Administered by myself. HIFU and toning: Performed by our skilled nurses, who also practice new techniques using my face as a model after work. Being part of such a dedicated team allows me to maintain my own treatments while continuously improving patient care. It’s a privilege to blend personal passion with professional expertise!

    What are your hobbies and special skills?

    I dedicate my days off topersonal maintenance and gathering the latest beauty information. In the past, I traveled to Korea to visit various beauty clinics, but recently, I’ve been spending more time at clinics run by doctor friends. There, I focus on learning new techniques and staying updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine.

    To stay fit, I practice Pilates, which helps keep my body in shape. I also enjoy watching movies, exploring gourmet food, and going on trips. With structured clinic hours and two full days off each week, I’m able to maintain a clear distinction between work and personal time, leading to a well-balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.
