▼マイページでは、下記の操作が行えます。

※WEBからのご予約変更・キャンセルは、ご予約日の2日前までIt is possible.前日・当日のご変更・キャンセルは、直接クリニックへお電話にてご連絡をお願いいたします。
※⚠️お電話または店頭でお取りいただいたご予約を変更される場合は、一度WEB予約ページから現在のご予約をキャンセルのうえ、改めてご希望の日時でご予約をお取りください。

┗ 契約書・お見積書・同意書などの

右側に３つ、アイコンが出てきます。

”WEB予約”２４時間受付をクリック↓
❸左上三本線をクリック↓
❹Click the bottom login button↓
❺予約時に登録したメールアドレスと
パスワードを入力しログイン
❻ログイン後に患者様のご情報が

● Surgical treatment: The first step is a consultation. After signing the contract, you can make an appointment for surgery.
● Injection therapy: Can be accepted up to the same day of the treatment.
Skin treatment: If you wish to have your skin treated on the same day, you can only call 📞 or visit us on the web (some menus).
Please make a reservation by selecting the ”I would like to have a skin consultation and treatment” option on the web reservation form.
※If you have received cosmetic dermatology treatment, injection therapy, or surgical treatment at another clinic within the past month, please contact us.
