1. appointments for Dr. Hotta's appointment
Only those who meet one of the following criteria may make a reservation by requesting a specific staff member.

(1) Initial visit
・Individuals referred by returning patients
　*An initial consultation fee applies only for your first visit.

(2) Re-examination
・Returning patients at our clinic (those who have previously received treatment from Dr. Hotta)
　*An initial consultation fee applies only for your first visit.
・Returning patients at our clinic (those who have previously received treatment from Dr. Okubo or Dr. Saiga)
　*Starting September 1, 2026, an initial consultation fee will apply only for the first visit.

2) Dr. Iwama's fees for follow-up consultation and consultation
As a general rule, a follow-up visit fee (33,000 yen) applies, but
Admission is free on the day of the event if any of the following conditions ① through ③ apply.

(1) If you make a reservation or contract for the proposed treatment on the same day

(iii) For treatment consultations at other hospitals or multiple consultations regarding treatment already contracted,
If there is no payment (treatment or product) of 33,000 yen or more on the same day, a consultation fee will be charged.

This fee will be charged for "consultation and counseling only".

4. counseling fee for Dr. Kida

This fee will be charged for "consultation and counseling only".

The fee for outpatient female sexual function.
Initial visit: 22,000 yen / Repeat visit: 11,000 yen

First time visitors will be charged 22,000 yen, and second and subsequent visitors will be charged 11,000 yen.
If a procedure or medication is prescribed during the consultation, an additional fee will be charged.
If it has been more than 6 months since your last visit, you will be charged again for the initial visit.
・If treatment is interrupted and resumed after a period of six months or longer, the initial consultation fee will still apply.
