ヒアルロン酸入れてないけれど術後に涙袋がはっきりしたと思います。ここまできてようやく希望あれば涙袋ヒアルロン酸を注入します。

元々涙袋がほとんどない場合：涙袋の下には土手のような構造があり、その構造がしっかりしていないとヒアルロン酸がたまらずに流れてぷっくりしない涙袋になってしまいます。涙袋がほとんどない方は、ナチュラルに注入量を控えた方が綺麗に仕上がります。二重埋没法の要領で涙袋の下に土手構造を作ってからヒアルロン酸注入するとぷっくりした涙袋形成ができることもあります。

逆さまつげの場合：ボリュームが増えて悪化する可能性があります。

目の下の手術歴がある場合：特に逆さまつげ手術後の場合、瘢痕があり綺麗に均一に涙袋が膨らまない可能性があります。

40歳代以降：10歳代の頃と比較すると涙袋の量は減るものです。過剰に入れすぎると不自然な印象になります。
