Bianca's first-ever seminar was held yesterday and today ☺️💓
To everyone who came, thank you so much! ☺️✨

I had the honor of hosting the first commemorative talk session.

This time, under the title "Three Months of Serious Spot Treatment," I shared BIANCA's approach and methods for treating spots. 👩‍⚕️✨

Also, the other day on my Instagram, I asked my followers, "Why do you want to become beautiful?" Based on the answers I received,

I also shared my thoughts on topics like: Why do women want to be beautiful? What should one do to become beautiful? How to gain confidence and make life joyful and radiant.

Additionally, beyond the talk sessions, we offered hands-on experiences with pico laser treatments and distributed exclusive participant-only novelties. ❤️

And now, let me tell you about my insecurities.

When I tell people, they always say, "You're kidding!"...

Actually, I've always been really bad at speaking in front of people, and that's been a complex of mine since I was little.

Back in middle school, just being called on in Japanese class to read aloud from the textbook would make my voice shake...

After becoming a doctor and gaining more opportunities to give presentations, I've since moved beyond that mindset, but back then I lived solely focused on delivering presentations safely and flawlessly (laugh).

But this time! For those who make the special effort to visit BIANCA and come with high expectations, I absolutely must convey BIANCA's charm and my philosophy!

I hope you'll take something away from this experience.

To do that, I absolutely must overcome my insecurities—otherwise, I'd feel terrible toward the people who come to see me!

Thinking that way, I've been thinking about what to say and the slides for the past week straight...! 💦

I thought about how to make the presentation more engaging, and I completely rebuilt the slides from scratch five times.

And then the day arrived.

I was incredibly nervous and had stomachaches leading up to this day, but during the actual event, I regulated my breathing using yoga techniques (lol) and was able to enjoy talking.

I'm relieved to hear you all enjoyed it too—I'm grinning as I read the surveys and feeling a huge weight lifted off my shoulders ☺️
