肌のハリ低下、小じわに対して、機械治療や肌育注射を行うと線維芽細胞が刺激され、真皮内のコラーゲンやエラスチンが産生されます。

コラーゲンやエラスチンを作る線維芽細胞そのものを注入する治療が”Dermal Fibroblast Therapy”です。

真皮線維芽細胞がたくさんあると、ハリ・うるおいのある肌状態が保たれますが、50歳を過ぎると急激に減少して3分の1ほどになるといわれています。

採取/注入方法

耳の裏から真皮を採取し、その中の真皮線維芽細胞を専門の細胞培養センターで培養して4,000万〜1億個に増殖します。

耳の後ろ側から採取する理由は、耳の後の皮膚は紫外線や摩擦などの影響を受けづらく、他の部位に比べて老化症状が少ないからです。

１回目：極細針で顔や首の真皮内に小さな膨疹を作りながら注入します。流行りのリジュラン注射と同じ要領です。

皮膚採取日から5週間後～3ヶ月以内に行います。

２回目：１回目の移植から約2週間以内に受けていただくことを推奨しています。短期間で2回目の移植を行うと、肌細胞の定着率が高くなります。

3回目以降：1～2年後など、ご自身のタイミングで気になる部位へ移植可能です。

凍結保存した肌細胞は専門機関で半永久的に保管が可能です。若い間に、ご自身の肌細胞を採取して増やしておくことで、皮膚採取当時の若い肌細胞の移植を数年・数十年にわたって受けていただけます。
