This time, we're introducing thread lifts!

Getting barbed threads under my skin sounds terrifying... I can't afford any downtime...

Since I think many of you feel this way, this time I'll explain about pain and downtime!

・What about pain during surgery?

Local anesthesia is applied to the skin where 2-3 needle punctures will be made on each side. It feels like a prick, similar to a vaccine.

If you've had Botox, it's the same level of discomfort. If that scares you, we also offer nitrous oxide anesthesia and intravenous sedation!

Subcutaneous anesthesia is also administered along the path where the suture thread will pass, but the pain during this step is surprisingly less than that of the initial anesthesia.

During the treatment, you will only feel a sensation of being pressed.

If one possesses the technique to administer the appropriate amount of anesthetic at the proper location and thread the suture through the same spot,The pain will never become unbearable.

The peak of pain occurs on the day of treatment through the following day.It usually subsides within about three days after surgery.

If you have concerns about pain, we thoroughly discuss them during your consultation and adjust the anesthesia method and dosage to ensure you receive treatment comfortably.

・What about downtime?

First, here are photos of the recovery process sent by our clinic staff.

(Right: Immediately after surgery, Left: One week after surgery)

You can see that swelling was minimal immediately after the procedure, with no bruising or unevenness on the cheeks. The areas marked with red circles are the thread insertion points.

One week after the treatment, the same results are visible: the contours are refined and firmness is restored.

Immediately after the procedure: Your facial contours will appear beautifully defined right away. You may experience slight swelling due to the effects of the anesthetic solution.

Day after surgery: Peak swelling. Though it's called swelling, it's only a slight puffiness in the face—not nearly as bad as after having a wisdom tooth extracted.

In rare cases, bruising may occur around the needle puncture site, but it can be easily concealed with makeup.

3 days after treatment: Dull pain subsided, face feels swollen

5-7 days after treatment: Swelling subsides, and any bruising that appeared is now barely noticeable.

1-2 weeks after treatment: You can experience the effects of a smaller face and a lifted appearance.Difficulty opening your mouth will improve. Until then, we recommend not forcing your mouth open wide.

Two weeks after treatment: Thanks to the thread's effectCollagen and elastin are produced, delivering an even more noticeable firming and plumping sensation.

・Timing of treatment

Please avoid scheduling important appointments for one week after your treatment.

For those with important plans like travel or weddings and want to be in top condition for them,One month ago We recommend the treatment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Does it pull?

In rare cases, this may occur if the thread is pulled too tightly or catches on a surface that is too shallow.

With moderate lifting force and careful attention to the insertion layer, it should not occur. If pulling does occur, release it with a fine needle, or

Cutting the thread subcutaneously will resolve the issue.

Q: It's pointless because you'll just go back, right?

It does have meaning!

Certainly by threadThe lifting effect lasts approximately 6 months to 1 year.Collagen-basedThe tightening effect lasts for one to one and a half years. To be continued.

ThereforeFor sustained strong lifting effects, repeat every 6 months to 1 year.To maintain firmness and elasticity, every 1 to 1.5 yearsWe recommend the treatment.

Due to the effects of gravity, sagging continues to progress. Therefore, the longer the thread lift counteracts gravity, the less prone to sagging the skin becomes.

For example, if the gravitational force on the skin is reduced to one-third through continuous thread lifting, even after 10 years, the sagging can be kept to the equivalent of just 3 years.

In other words, the state of continuing thread lifts versus the state of doing nothingA significant gap will emerge in ten years.will occur.

Q: Is it okay to give a massage?

It takes 1-2 months for the thread to stabilize.Rest for at least one month.Let's spend time together.
