その場合は鼻孔縁下降術という耳の軟骨を鼻翼縁に移植する方法が有効です。

②団子鼻を解消したい。膜性鼻中隔にヒアルロン酸を注入して鼻を高くしても、丸い鼻先が高くなっていくので鼻先の印象はあまり変わらないことがあります。鼻背にもヒアルロン酸を入れて鼻筋を整える視覚的に綺麗に見せることもできますが、大きな変化が欲しい場合は鼻尖形成術が有効です。
