その原因と治療法を解説します！

原因と治療法

・歯並びの問題

正常な噛み合わせだと口の中の空間は広く保たれます。

前歯や奥歯が噛み合っていないと力を入れて噛まないといけないので空間が狭くなります。

空間が狭いと舌が下に押されて顎下のボリュームが増えてみえます。

更に下顎を引っ込めて噛み合わせを合わせる癖があると、下顎後退と言って、顎が小さくみえます。

これがよくある「顎なし」+「二重顎」の輪郭の原因の一つです。

治療方法

根本的には歯列矯正(歯列矯正だけで難しければ骨切り)です。

しかし歯並びが治っても顎下の脂肪がなくなるわけではないので、綺麗な輪郭を整えるためには結局顎下の脂肪を減らす必要があります。

なので歯列矯正前後関わらず、美容医療で脂肪にアプローチすることをお勧めします。

美容的アプローチ

HIFU：脂肪溶解効果があります。

ボルニューマ：引き締め効果があります。

顎下脂肪吸引：耳の下に小さな穴を空けて過剰な脂肪を吸引します。1回で大きな変化が可能です。

脂肪溶解注射：１ヶ月おきに複数回の処置が必要です。

・骨格の問題

日本人は前後的に短く、顎が前後的に短いです。

そのため口の空間が狭く舌が押されて顎下のボリュームが増えて見えます。

治療法は先ほどと同様でHIFU、ボルニューマ、顎下脂肪吸引、脂肪溶解注射などがあります。

・全体の脂肪量が多い

この場合単純に全体的に脂肪量が多いので、ダイエットである程度改善できます。

しかし局所的に脂肪を取って相対的な脂肪割合を減らすことで、リバウンドしても脂肪がつきにくくなります。
