その原因を解説します

・眉が上がる場合：

この図のように、上瞼の皮膚が弛んだり、眼瞼下垂の影響で瞼の開けにくさがあり、額を持ち上げることでなんとか代償的に見えやすくしている時です。

瞼はこのように眉毛側が厚く、睫毛側が薄いのでした(以前のブログを見てみてください！)。

なので眉が上がると瞼の厚いとこをが上がり、薄いところが眉毛側に上がってきます。

そのため瞼が窪んで見えやすくなります。

治療法：二重埋没、眼瞼下垂手術、場合によっては眉下切開

・脂肪が引き込まれる場合

眼窩脂肪が目の奥に引き込まれると瞼は窪みます。

原因は眼瞼下垂で起こります。

挙筋腱膜という瞼を開ける腱が、主に加齢とともに力が伝わりにくくなり、場合によっては瞼から外れて瞼の深いところにずれます。

挙筋腱膜にくっつくように眼窩脂肪は存在しているので、同時に瞼の深いところに引き込まれてしまうのです。

治療法：眼瞼下垂手術

引き込まれた脂肪も引きずり出すように移動、場合によっては固定して再配置することで改善します。

・脂肪萎縮or手術で減る

・

加齢や、クマ手術の脱脂術後に起こります。

治療：ヒアルロン酸/脂肪注入

そもそも痩せ型で上瞼がくぼみかけてて、下瞼にクマがあるようなタイプは、上瞼分の脂肪が下瞼で押されているだけなので脱脂すると窪みます。

その場合はハムラ法で脂肪を取らずにずらす手法が有効です。
