There are two reasons.

For an incision procedure, the basic approach is to utilize the existing double eyelid line, either removing skin above the double eyelid or performing a brow lift incision.

※For those with a habit of raising their eyebrows, it occasionally happens that the eyebrows lower after surgery, resulting in little change to the double eyelid width. In such cases, we set the new double eyelid line slightly higher than the current one.
