幅を広げる時、埋没と切開で考え方に大きな差There is.

誤った認識を持っていると特に切開の場合、予想外の結果になってしまいます😱

患者様と共通認識を持つことが大事なので先にお伝えします！

埋没法は皮膚を織り込むので、二重幅を広げるには二重ラインをどんどん高く調整するしかないです。

全切開は、眼輪筋や脂肪、切開した上の部分の余分な皮膚を切除できるメリットがあります。

切開線の高さを決める指標は、基本的にデザインした時の目頭側の二重の形が好みがどうかです！

瞼の真ん中あたりの二重の皮膚の被さりは、切開線を高くして調整するのではなく、皮膚切除で調整I will do so.

↑の症例は、二重ラインを高くしていません。

元々目頭側の折れ込みは蒙古襞を超えているので、十分平行型を作れる目頭側の二重の始まりができていたので、二重の折れ込みに被る皮膚を切除するだけで並行型二重に変えることができました。

In other words,同じ二重幅にするためには、全切開と埋没で予定折れ込みラインが異なるのです。

幅広平行希望する場合は埋没法をおすすめしています。

理由は2つ。

①幅広を希望する方の中に一定数、術後に思ったイメージと異なるから直したいとご希望される方がいる

切開後の幅狭修正は大変です。

②埋没の方がハム目になりにくいから(※脂肪が介在している場合は、埋没法単体だと無理なので、上瞼脂肪取りを組み合わせることがあります)

・睫毛-二重ライン≧ 5mm以上

埋没なら今の二重ラインより高い位置に二重形成

切開なら、基本的には今の二重ラインを活かして、二重の上の皮膚切除or眉下切開

※眉を上げてみる癖がある人は、術後眉が下がって結局二重幅があまり変わらないことがたまにあります。その場合は今の二重ラインより少しだけ高く設定します。
