Double lines are prone to breaking at high points, so there are two methods to prevent re-adhesion.

⚠️Points to note when correcting narrow width after incision
・The postoperative image cannot be expressed with a bougie.
Since it's already broken at a high point, even if you place the bushing in the narrow section, it won't double up at that location.
・Caution regarding combined use with ptosis surgery
Originally, my double eyelids were too wide, causing my eyes to open poorly.
Simply narrowing the width and reshaping the double eyelid often improves the appearance of the eyes slightly.
Therefore, if ptosis surgery to improve eyelid opening is performed at the same time, the eyelids may open more than expected after surgery,
You may end up with wide-eyed, startled-looking eyes.
Surprise eyes require two or more corrective procedures, making them a complication to avoid.
