そんなお悩みを解決する額縮小術を解説します！

ボトックスで額のシワをなくしたり、おでこヒアルロン酸でつるんとした丸いおでこを形成することも大事ですが、

額縮小術とは？

このように生え際を切開し、余分な額の皮膚を切除します。

頭皮の下を剥離して、前方に移動して後戻りしないように深い組織に固定してから3層に分けて丁寧に縫合します。

皮膚の切除量は次のようにして決めています。皮膚の伸び分を予測して少し多めに切除します。

前額リフト、脂肪注入の併用もおすすめ！

前額リフトの場合、眉の位置を上げたいので剥離は眉毛側の皮下を剥離します。

前額リフトと併用しても額縮小効果と、眉の挙上効果があり有効です。

奥二重が気になるが、目と眉毛の距離が近いので眉下切開が適応にならない方などに併用がおすすめis.

前頭筋の一部や皺眉筋を切除することで定期的なボトックスなしで表情じわのないつるつるな額形成も可能です！

上：術前、下：術後３ヶ月

術前は無表情でも表情筋の凹凸があり、険しい印象ですが、術後は優しい印象になっています。凹凸のない綺麗な額になっています。

この症例、脂肪注入やヒアルロン酸注入は行っていません。

もう少し額にボリュームが欲しい場合は、脂肪注入との併用もおすすめです！

痛みは？ダウンタイムは？

眉の上の痛みを感じる神経が走っており、事前にブロック麻酔することで術中の痛みがありません。

そのため局所麻酔＋笑気麻酔のみで行うこともあります。怖い場合は静脈麻酔で眠った状態でも可能です。

手術時間は90分程度です。

ダウンタイムは術後2-3日が一番腫れますが、額がパンパンになる事は少なく、重力で腫れが落ちて瞼が腫れぼったくなります。

2週間も経つと内出血も引いて腫れも落ち着きます。

傷跡は髪の生え際になるので目立ちにくいです。術後に生え際アートメイクを入れてもより目立ちにくくなります。
