There are various options for treating dark circles under the eyes, but liposuction is the most well-known due to advertising.

The following patient developed hollows under the eyes after fat removal surgery.
The indentation creates a shadow, which causes shadowing.
As explained in the previous blog post, the negative vector type (where the eyes protrude more than the cheeks) will appear sunken if too much fat is removed.
Therefore, cases that fundamentally require the Hamra method—which moves protruding fat to hollow areas—or liposuction plus fat grafting.

Treatment indications for bear therapy should be carefully considered.
Bear treatment ≠ fat removal; over half of patients are not suitable candidates.
