先ほどのブログで解説していますが、ネガティブベクター(目が頬より突出している)タイプは脂肪をとりすぎると凹みます。

なので膨らんでいる脂肪を、凹みに移動させるハムラ法もしくは、脱脂＋脂肪注入が本来は必要なケースです。

今回は脱脂のみ行われたため目の下が凹みました。

でも二期的に脂肪注入もしくはベビーコラーゲン注射で改善させることができます。

脂肪注入はダウンタイムが取れない、怖いとのことでベビーコラーゲン注射を選択しました。

効果は半年から1年なので、まずはベビーコラーゲンで注入後の変化を試してみてから1年後に脂肪注入するのも選択としてはいいと思います。

Summary

クマ治療の治療適応は慎重に。

クマ治療≠脱脂、半分以上の方は適応じゃないです。

ネガティブベクター、ティアトラフが強い場合、脱脂後に凹む可能性が高いので初回治療は脱脂術単独は避けた方がいいです。

しかし、術後に凹んでしまっても、脂肪注入やベビーコラーゲン注射で改善させることができます。
