今回は目元手術後に腫れにくくする注意点をお話しします。

執刀医によって注意点が若干異なることもあるので確認をお願いします。

◯寝る時以外心臓より傷口の位置を高くする

特に当日、例えば立ったまま靴紐を結ぼうとすると頭に血が昇って出血するリスクがあります。椅子に腰掛けるかしゃがんだ状態で靴紐を結びましょう。

ダウンタイム中ゆっくりしようとベッドでずっと横になっていると腫れが引きにくくなるので、ソファーに座ってNetflixなど眺めているのが一番いいです。

◯冷やす

当日お願いしています。傷直接ではなく、額や目まわりを冷やしてください。

◯禁煙する

タバコは傷の治りを悪くするので、創部が赤くなったり、ケロイドになりやすくなります。術前、術後1ヶ月間の禁煙をお奨めしています。

◯飲酒、塩分多い食事を控える

飲酒は血流良くなり、塩分多いと浮腫むので、いずれも腫れが長引く原因となります。

◯過度な運動を控える

術後1週間は腫れが長引くので控えましょう

◯入浴、サウナ禁止

こちらも腫れが長引くので1週間は控えてください。創部含めてシャワーは翌日から可能です。

◯鏡を見るの禁止

少し言い過ぎですが、ダウンタイム中、どうしても鏡をみたくなります。

しかしみてもダウンタイムが早くなることはありません。綺麗になるか心配が募るだけです。

特に二重整形の場合、変に目を見開いて鏡で確認するような動作は予定外重瞼線のリスクとなるのでやめましょう。

◯術後1ヶ月以降、ホットアイマスク

術後1ヶ月以降は、むしろ温めたほうが血流良くなって浮腫が改善しやすくなります。

特に全切開後などでは朝、寝る前にホットアイマスクの使用をお奨めします。

◯番外編

腫れとは関係ないのですが、以前全切開の患者様で

「縫合の糸がちくちくする」という理由で二重の折り返しができないように1週間テーピング固定された方がいらっしゃいました…

それでは二重線が薄くなってしまいます💦

術中にトラネキサム酸を麻酔液に混ぜることで(場合によっては術前からトラネキサム酸内服)術中の出血や術後の腫れを抑えることができる報告があり、取り入れています。結果だけでなくなるべく腫れが少ない手術を心がけております。
