個人的には美容外科施術より、まずは肌を整えたほうが全体の印象改善に効果的だと考えています。

ただ実際は、外科治療にはダウンタイムがあるので、時間が取れるタイミングでやることが多いです。

今回はダウンタイムの少ないピコレーザー”ピコシュア”について紹介し、

ピコスポット、ピコトーニング、ピコフラクショナル　それぞれの特徴を解説します。

そもそもピコレーザーとは？

ピコ秒（1兆分の1秒）単位で肌にレーザーを照射します。

従来のQスイッチレーザーの照射時間であるナノ秒（1億分の1秒）よりも短いので肌へのダメージが少ないです。

効果：シミやそばかす、くすみ、毛穴、ニキビ跡、肝斑など

◯ピコスポット

高出力で気になるシミにピンポイントで照射して、メラニン色素を破壊し、シミを改善します。

盛り上がりのないホクロにも有効ですが、2-3回程度の照射が必要のこともあります。

ダウンタイム：直後から赤みが出ます、3日後からかさぶたができ、1週間で自然に剥がれます。

◯ピコトーニング

低出力で顔全体に照射することて、全般的なくすみ感を改善します。

レーザー治療で肝斑が濃くなるものが多い中で、ピコトーニングは肝斑に有効なことが特徴的です。

肝斑とは、慢性炎症によって頬や額中心にぼやっとくすんでいる状態です。日焼けや肌を擦る刺激などで増悪し、徐々に濃くなってきます。薄い状態だと肝斑の自覚がない方も多いです。そういう方にIPL治療やピコスポットを当てると色調が濃くなるので注意です。

1ヶ月ごとに10-20回ほどメンテナンスとして継続することをおすすめします。

ダウンタイム：直後赤みが出ることがありますが、翌日には戻っています

◯ピコフラクショナル

皮膚に点状の微細な穴を開けることで、コラーゲン産生を促し、毛穴開き、ニキビ跡を縮小させます。

(上：施術前、下：施術後、施術内容：ピコフラクショナル 5回+ピコトーニング10回+ハイドラフェイシャル5回)

1ヶ月毎に3〜5回程度続けることをおすすめします。

ダウンタイム；2-3日程度赤みが出ることがあります

いずれも麻酔クリームで我慢できる程度の痛みです。輪ゴムでパチンと軽く弾かれたような感覚があります。
