輪郭の美しい条件としてE-Line、首顎角度、正面から見た黄金比などあります。

しかし正面や横だけでなく、斜めから見ても美しくある必要があります。

オージーカーブとは、顔のこめかみから頬にかけて存在するなだらかなS字カーブのことを言います。

オージーカーブがなく平坦な顔だと立体感に欠けて、老けて貧相な印象になります。

オージーカーブの理想は決まっていませんが、平坦すぎず、膨らみすぎず、適度な曲線が美しいとされています。

膨らみは頬骨の張り出し、ROOF脂肪などで構成されてます。

しかし加齢とともに骨や脂肪が萎縮して膨らみのボリュームはなくなり、周囲の皮膚もたるむことで膨らみの位置は下がり、オージーカーブは崩れていきます。

対策

①減った脂肪エリア、こめかみ付近の靭帯にヒアルロン酸注入して中顔面リフトアップ

②バーティカルスレッドリフトでほうれい線上の脂肪を上に持ち上げてチークトップを上げる

③クマ、その下の凹みなどで凹凸が出ている場合は、クマ治療で整える

などの方法があります。

しかし、チークトップの位置を上げようとヒアルロン酸などを注入し続けると、over filled syndromeという

the整形顔になってしまいます。

なので、あくまでもオージーカーブは若さの象徴ではありますが、ウェルエイジング(年齢に合った美しい年の取り方)の観点からすると追い求めすぎてはいけない美の条件だと考えています。
