赤み治療の大まかな理解

赤み肌治療の原則は、リンパ球浸潤を抑えるor 血管拡張を抑えるis.

リンパ球浸潤を抑える：

ニキビやレーザー照射後、日焼け後の炎症では、リンパ球浸潤による赤みが起きます。

炎症を鎮静させる治療を行います。

例：ビタミンCやトラネキサム酸をメソナJなどで肌に導入

血管拡張を抑える：

炎症がある程度鎮静化していても残っている赤みは、血管拡張によって引き起こされています。

IPL、リジュラン/プルリアルなどのPN製剤、Vビームなどは血管拡張を改善させる治療です。

”アドバテックスレーザー”もこちらに該当します。

”アドバテックスレーザー”とは？

このレーザーの特徴は、

ダウンタイムがほとんどなく、赤みだけでなく肌の引き締め効果もあることです。

589nmと1319nmの2つの波長を搭載しています。

589nm･･･特に血管内に多いヘモグロビンに反応して熱を発生させて毛細血管を縮小、破壊して赤ら顔や毛細血管拡張症を改善します。

1319nm･･･真皮層でのコラーゲン生成を促進して毛穴の引き締め、ハリ感を出します。それだけでなく皮脂腺を抑制してニキビ予防効果もあります。

”アドバテックスレーザー”とVビームレーザーの違いは？

赤み肌治療といえば、Vビームレーザーが以前から多く使用されています。

Vビームは１週間ほど内出血が出るのが問題でした。

However”アドバテックスレーザー”は直後から内出血が出ません。そして赤みに対する効果も同等is.

Vビームは照射範囲が広い分、肌にダメージが大きかったのです。

”アドバテックスレーザー”は照射範囲が少ない重ね打ちをして、結果として照射ダメージを少なくしています。

また、Vビームには1319nm波長がありません。
