近年ICL(眼内コンタクトレンズ)手術を受けられる方が増えています。

二重整形とICL、どちらを先にすればいいでしょうか？

結論：私の考えですが

眼瞼下垂手術(目の開きをよくする手術)→ICL

ICL→全切開/埋没法

の順がいいと思います。

その理由を説明します。

瞼の手術をすると乱視が進行する

眼瞼下垂手術(目の開きをよくする手術)では、瞼の動き自体が変化することで、角膜の形状が変化します。

そのため乱視度数に変化があります。

元々開きが悪いほど、術後の乱視が進行することがあります。

ICLを入れた後に乱視が進行すると、見えにくさを自覚される場合があります。しかし、乱視を修正する場合、ICLの入れ替えが必要になります。

埋没や全切開などでは術後の乱視度数の変化は少ないと言われています。

なので特に術後乱視度数が変化しやすい眼瞼下垂手術(目の開きをよくする手術)では、まずは眼瞼下垂手術、その後に3ヶ月以降あけ膜乱視度数が安定してからICLをおすすめします。

ICL手術時に開瞼器を使用する

ICL手術時に瞼を大きく開きっぱなしにする道具を使用します。その際に瞼が引っ張られて、特に埋没が外れる可能性があります。

そのため、術後乱視度数に影響が少ない埋没法や全切開の場合は、ICL後の施術をおすすめします。
