目まわりのプツプツ、原因は何でしょうか？そしてその治療法は？

保険診療だと液体窒素を勧められることが多いですが、効果がなかったり、むしろ色素沈着して目立ってしまうケースも多いです。

今回はよく見られる目まわりのできものについて解説していきます。

汗管腫

汗を分泌するエクリン汗腺が増殖して起きます。
下まぶたによくできて、プツプツまとまって発生します。

女性ホルモンと関係があり、思春期以降の女性によく見られます。

治療法：CO2レーザー、ニードルRF(ポテンツァ)

脂線増殖症

皮脂腺が増殖、肥大したために発生します。

おでこや鼻の”Tゾーン”できる、ニキビのようなやや盛り上がりのあるオレンジ色の良性腫瘍です。１個〜複数個認めることがあり、徐々に大きくなります。

特に中年期以降の脂性肌の男性がなりやすいです。

治療法：CO2レーザー、ニードルRF(ポテンツァ)

眼瞼黄色腫

ベタッと黄色く平らに盛りあがった良性の腫瘍で、特に上瞼にできます。

中年以降での発症が多く、徐々に広がります。コレステロールが高いと発症リスクがあり、その場合内科治療も必要になります。

治療法：小さいとCO2レーザー、大きいと切除術

稗粒腫（ひりゅうしゅ・はいりゅうしゅ）

皮膚に袋状のものができ、その中に角質が溜まってできます。

白くて硬い良性腫瘍です。

治療法：摘出術(針で穴を開けて内容物を除去します)

脂漏性角化症(老人性イボ)

褐色で少し盛り上がりがあり、触るとザラザラします。

紫外線が原因で中年以降に出現し、シミと混ざって存在してします。シミより少し盛り上がりがあるのが特徴的です。

治療法：CO2レーザー、液体窒素
