効きすぎると目が笑っていない不自然さが出ますし、効いていないと目尻中心に深い皺の原因にもなります。

注入部位、深さ、量など、患者様の表情に合わせて調整しています。

目元ボトックスのこだわりについて解説します。

目尻の調整：

上の図の青に注入→マイルドな変化、赤に注入→強く効きます

マイルドの方が、外眼角近くに自然な表情じわを残しつつ、深い表情ジワは消せるので自然な結果になります。

下瞼より尾側に注入すると笑いにくくなる場合があり、高さにもこだわって注入しています。

目の下内側のポコつき：

上見ても大きくならず（=脂肪ではない）、笑うとポコつきが強くなる方がいます。

その原因は眼輪筋の動きです。

ボトックスをわずか１単位ピンポイントで注入することで改善します。

ただ無闇に下眼瞼に多くのボトックスを注入すると眼輪筋が弱ってクマが目立つことがあるので投与量や部位には注意が必要です。

眉毛下垂改善：

片側の眉の中央と外側に1単位ずつ皮下に注入して、眉を上げやすくして、目の開きを改善させます。

ボトックスの製剤選択：

コアトックスをメインに使用しています。

理由は、コアトックスは長期間、高用量のボトックス使用歴があっても抗体が作られにくいためです。

ボトックスの抗体が作られると、効かなくなってしまいます。

なのであらかじめ抗体ができにくい製剤を使用しています。

すでに効きにくくなっていても、コアトックスに変えるとある程度持続期間もあると報告されています。
