くぼみ目の原因解説と治療

・眉が上がる場合：

この図のように、上瞼の皮膚が弛んだり、眼瞼下垂の影響で瞼の開けにくさがあり、額を持ち上げることでなんとか代償的に見えやすくしている時です。

瞼はこのように眉毛側が厚く、睫毛側が薄いです。

なので眉が上がると薄いところが眉毛側に上がってきます。

そのため瞼が窪んで見えやすくなります。

治療法：二重埋没、眼瞼下垂手術、場合によっては眉下切開

・脂肪が引き込まれる場合

眼窩脂肪が目の奥に引き込まれると瞼は窪みます。

原因は眼瞼下垂で起こります。

挙筋腱膜という瞼を開ける腱が、主に加齢とともに力が伝わりにくくなり、場合によっては瞼から外れて瞼の深いところにずれます。

挙筋腱膜にくっつくように眼窩脂肪は存在しているので、同時に瞼の深いところに引き込まれてしまうのです。

治療法：眼瞼下垂手術

引き込まれた脂肪も引きずり出すように移動、場合によっては固定して再配置することで改善します。

・脂肪萎縮or手術で減る

痩せ型の方は、加齢性変化でほぼ必発でおきます。

加齢で眼窩の周囲の骨が萎縮して、眼窩という目が入っているスペースが広がる。

眼球を支える靭帯が緩んで眼球自体下に移動する。

それによって上瞼が凹みます。

脱脂で眼窩脂肪を取りすぎても同様の変化が起きます。

治療：ヒアルロン酸/脂肪注入　

眼窩のボリュームを足すことで改善します
