今回は目元のシワやハリ感などに有効な製剤をまとめました。

リジュランアイ/プルリアルシルク

リジュランは耳にしたことあるかもしれません。PN(ポリヌクレオチド)製剤で、PNとは鮭やマスの精巣から抽出した成分で、肌の再生や修復に寄与します。

PNが肌細胞の活性化やコラーゲンの生成を促進し、肌の弾力性やハリを向上させるとされ、抗酸化作用や炎症の軽減なども期待されている肌育製剤です。
その目元専用製剤が存在します。

目元の皮膚は他の部位より薄いので、しこりが残らないように、粘稠度が低く、濃度も低めに作られています。

リジュランアイ/プルリアルシルクの違いは濃度です。プルリアルシルクの方が濃度がやや薄く、その分2倍量入っています。

体感ですが、プルリアルシルクの方が膨疹が消えるのが早いです。

Snekos

スネコス(suneKOS )はイタリア生まれの注射剤です。
主な成分は非架橋結合ヒアルロン酸と6種のアミノ酸を国際特許取得の特殊な比率で配合しています。
この特別なバランスの配合が、皮膚の線維芽細胞を刺激し、コラーゲンやエラスチンを増加させ、真皮の状態を改善します。

青クマや深いシワに有効です。

Platelet-Rich Plasma

Platelet Rich Plasma（多血小板血漿）の略称であり、自身の血液から血小板を多く含んだ血漿部分だけを取り出したものを指します。

血小板は本来、血管が損傷した際に止血を行う働きを持ちますが、その際に組織の修復や再生をサポートする成長因子を多量に放出します。

このメカニズムを利用して、PRPを気になる部位へ注入することで、組織の自己修復力を高める作用が期待されます。

凹み部分の皮下にカニューレで注入することでクマが改善

ダーマペンで真皮に導入するとハリ感が出て小じわに効果的(=ヴァンパイアフェイシャル)

nanostem
