そもそもなぜTゾーンに毛穴開きが起こりやすいのか？

Tゾーンは元々皮脂分泌が多いエリアです。

加えて、Tゾーンの下には硬い骨や軟骨があるため、毛穴が開こうとする力が下にかからず、水平方向に広がってしまいます。

ステップ別、毛穴治療の考え方

ステップ①：まずは顔脱毛から

毛が生えるともちろん毛穴は塞がりません。

まずは顔脱毛しましょう。

脱毛レーザーを照射すると、熱エネルギーで毛根が破壊されて、その皮脂腺も一緒に熱を受けて小さくなります。

皮脂分泌が抑制されることで毛穴が小さくなります。

ステップ②：毛穴つまりの解消

ハイドラフェイシャル：毛穴洗浄と優しいピーリング作用で毛穴つまりを解消します。

マヌカピール/ララピール：余分な角質を落として毛穴つまりを解消します。

ステップ③：汗/皮脂分泌抑制

アポクリン汗腺や皮脂は毛穴内で分泌されます。

分泌量が多いと毛穴開きの原因になりますし、詰まって炎症の原因にもなります。

マイクロボトックス：ボトックスを細かく浅い層に注射することで、顔の動きを弱めることなく汗/皮脂分泌を抑制します。

Mesona J：普通に塗布した場合の約300倍、イオン導入法の約70倍　有効成分を皮膚に浸透させる事ができます。

ビタミンC誘導体やビタミンAにより皮脂を抑制します。

イソトレチノイン内服：ビタミンA誘導体による強い汗/皮脂分泌抑制効果があります。

ゼオスキンのホームケア：ゼオスキン開発者のオバジ先生によって「皮脂＝肌の敵」という基本的考えのもと作られました。

ステップ④：毛穴開き縮小

ここまで内部から毛穴が開く要因をおさえた上で、すでに開いてしまった毛穴を小さくしていきます。

ジュベルック：ポリ乳酸（PDLLA)を注入してコラーゲンの生成を促進します・

ポテンツァ：小さな針で多数皮膚に穴をあけ、針からラジオ波(RF)を発することでコラーゲン産生を促して毛穴を縮小させます。

ドラックデリバリーシステムによりジュベルックなどの薬剤をあけた穴に浸透させるとより効果的です。

ピコフラクショナル：ピコレーザーで皮膚に細かな穴をあけてコラーゲン産生を促して毛穴を縮小させます。
