これ、わざとなんです。

二重切開術後の幅を狭める修正手術の際に吊り上げ固定術という手技を行います。

目が閉じられない程度に糸で瞼を吊り上げて、目を閉じたときでも常に二重ラインで皮膚が折り返されるようにします。

これによって二重の癖付けがされるのです。

こちらが術前写真になります。

二重は一部外れています。

こちらは術前に目を閉じた状態の二重ラインです。

術前は左右差があり、かつ幅が広いです。

昔は並行二重を理想としてこのような手術を他院でお受けになられましたが、時代はナチュラルビューティ。

末広二重をご希望されました。

末広二重にするには切開線を睫毛側に設定して、二重を作り直す必要があります。

その際、元々の二重線の癒着を解除しないと、術後新しい二重線、以前の二重線両方現れていわゆる三重になってしまいます。

それを防ぐために行う処置が吊り上げ固定です。

吊り上げ固定の期間は3-7日程度です。症例によって若干期間が異なります。

注意点としては強いドライアイになるので、目を保護するための頻回点眼と、寝るとき目の表面に軟膏を塗布して乾燥を予防します。

ひどいと角膜びらんを呈することもあるのでそのような対応法も知っている医師に修正依頼することをお勧めします。

吊り上げ直後はこのような感じです。

直後から末広になって、以前の二重線での折れ込みは消失して、新しい二重線で綺麗に折り込まれているのがお分かりいただけると思います。
