Dark circles under the eyes aren't just caused by puffiness from fat deposits.
① is a fatty bulge. ② and ③ contain ligaments; as bones atrophy and sink with age, the skin sinks along with them.
In other words, it's often caused by unevenness under the eyes.
Therefore, treatment involves smoothing out those irregularities.
Liposuction merely removes fat to create a concave shape, so significant post-operative indentation often occurs.

Under-eye injection treatments utilize a dual-layer approach: hyaluronic acid in the deeper layer and baby collagen in the superficial layer.
Hyaluronic acid with a certain degree of firmness is placed over the bone to lift the foundation. When hyaluronic acid is injected into the superficial layer, it can appear blue and translucent due to the Tyndall effect. Therefore, for the superficial layer, we use a well-tolerated human-derived formulation called Baby Collagen to smooth out subtle unevenness and fine lines.
Hyaluronic acid alone can fill in grooves to a certain extent, but it's difficult to completely smooth out fine lines.
Baby Collagen alone can effectively smooth out fine lines and wrinkles in moderate cases, but its effectiveness diminishes with deeper wrinkles.
