TrifilPro

トライフィルプロは、極細の針を使用して炭酸ガス（CO2ガス）と薬剤を皮膚に注入する革新的なマイクロサブシジョン注入器です。

炭酸ガス（CO2ガス）による血管拡張と血流促進だけでなく、注入された薬剤がもたらす効果と相乗効果が期待されます。
特に炭酸ガス（CO2ガス）の注入は、ニキビ跡や毛穴の開きなどの原因となる硬い瘢痕（はんこん）組織を剥離する作用（サブシジョン作用）があります。組織を水平方向に切り離し、その空間に薬剤を注入することで、瘢痕（はんこん）組織を改善し、正常な組織の再構築を促すことができます。
炭酸ガス（CO2ガス）の量を調整できるため、ニキビ跡の程度に合わせた施術が可能です。

サブシジョン作用により、従来では治療が難しかった凹みが目立つクレーター状のニキビ跡を改善し、なめらかな肌に導きます。

そして、トライフィルプロは炭酸ガスサブシジョンでクレーターやニキビ跡の原因となっている瘢痕（はんこん）組織を剥離し、ドラッグデリバリーシステムで注入する薬剤の効果を利用して、瘢痕（はんこん）組織の後戻りを防ぎます。

このコンビネーションが頑固なクレーターやニキビ跡にアプローチします。

ハイドロ・スネコス・プルリアルデンシファイ・プロファイロ・リジュランなどの製剤を使用できます。

POTENZA（ポテンツァ）は肌の様々なお悩みに応えることができる高周波（RF：ラジオ波）治療機器です。

肌にマイクロニードルと呼ばれる極細の針を挿入し、針先から高周波を照射します。

高周波で止血を行いながら、様々なチップを使い分けることで、肝斑、ニキビ跡・クレーター、たるみ、小じわなど、様々なお肌悩みにアプローチします。

Advatex Laser

アドバテックスレーザーは、従来の1波長ではなく、589nmと1319nmの2つの波長を搭載しています。
589nm･･･特に血管内に多いヘモグロビンに反応して熱を発生させて毛細血管を縮小、破壊して赤ら顔や毛細血管拡張症を改善します。
1319nm･･･真皮層でのコラーゲン生成を促進して毛穴の引き締め、ハリ感を出します。それだけでなく皮脂腺を抑制してニキビ予防効果もあります。

つまり、これらによって赤み改善と美肌治療を同時に行うことができます。

赤みレーザーといえばVビームレーザーが代表的でしたが、1週間程度内出血が出てしまうのが欠点でした。

アドバテックスレーザーは同等の効果で、直後から内出血などもほとんど起こらない特徴があります。
