リジュランアイ/プルリアルシルク
PN(ポリヌクレオチド)製剤で、PNとは鮭やマスの精巣から抽出した成分で、肌の再生や修復に寄与します。
PNが肌細胞の活性化やコラーゲンの生成を促進し、肌の弾力性やハリを向上させるとされ、抗酸化作用や炎症の軽減なども期待されている肌育製剤です。
リジュランアイ/プルリアルシルクはその目元専用製剤です。
目元の皮膚は他の部位より薄いので、しこりが残らないように、粘稠度が低く、濃度も低めに作られています。
リジュランアイ/プルリアルシルクの違いは濃度です。プルリアルシルクの方が濃度がやや薄く、その分2倍量入っています。
体感ですが、プルリアルシルクの方が膨疹が消えるのが早いです。
目元の小じわに効果的です。

Snekos
スネコス(suneKOS )はイタリア生まれの注射剤です。
主な成分は非架橋結合ヒアルロン酸と6種のアミノ酸を国際特許取得の特殊な比率で配合しています。
この特別なバランスの配合が、皮膚の線維芽細胞を刺激し、コラーゲンやエラスチンを増加させ、真皮の状態を改善します。
青クマや深いシワに有効です。
同じくアミノ酸を含む似た製剤であるジャルプロスーパーハイドロは機械治療と相性がいいと言われています。理由として機械治療でコラーゲン産生を促すにしても、栄養としてのアミノ酸が必要と考えられているからです。
同じ理由で後述するモフィウス8やポテンツァとのコンビネーション治療が効果的と考えています。

モフィウス8/ポテンツァ

モフィウス8は24本の細い針（マイクロニードル）を皮下に刺入し、針先から強力なラジオ波を照射することで コラーゲンやエラスチンの生成を促します。それによって肌のハリ・弾力の軽減、ニキビ痕や傷痕の改善、そしてたるみの強力な引き締め効果を発揮します。
ポテンツァは狙った層の狭い範囲に熱エネルギーを供給していました。対してモフィウス8は、針の先端から発生した熱エネルギーを皮下組織から肌表面まで、広範囲に送り込めるという違いがあります。 そのため効率良く、より強力に肌内部を引き締めることが可能です。
その分モフィウス8は少し痛みが強いです。
ブロック麻酔や皮下麻酔など併用すると痛みを緩和することができます。

皮膚を切らずとも下瞼のたるみが改善していることがわかります。
モフィウス8は眼窩脂肪まで引き締める効果があるので、クマの突出感も改善してくれます。
ダウンタイムは2-3日の赤み、リスクは内出血程度です。
余剰皮膚切除
モフィウス8でもたるみが気になる場合、クマの突出が強い場合は手術を行います。
このように下瞼の睫毛の生え際を切開し、余分な皮膚を数ミリ切除します。
クマがある場合はその切開部からアプローチしてクマ治療も同時に行います(表ハムラといいます)。
睫毛の下の傷の治りは良く、3ヶ月もするとほとんど目立たなくなります。

下瞼の皮膚は取りすぎると外反という瞼が捲れ上がる状態になります。涙を維持できず、ひどいドライアイになり、角膜上皮障害が起こります。なので取りすぎないことがポイントです。
