Rejuran Eye / Pure Real Silk

A PN (polynucleotide) formulation, where PN is a component extracted from salmon and trout testes that contributes to skin regeneration and repair.
PN is a skin-nurturing formulation believed to activate skin cells and promote collagen production, thereby improving skin elasticity and firmness. It is also expected to provide antioxidant effects and reduce inflammation.
Rejuran Eye/Pullreal Silk is a formulation specifically designed for the eye area.
The skin around the eyes is thinner than other areas, so the formula is designed with low viscosity and lower concentration to prevent lumps from forming.
The difference between Rejuran Eye and Pure Real Silk is their concentration. Pure Real Silk has a slightly lower concentration, so it contains twice the amount.
In my experience, the hives disappear faster with pure real silk.

Effective for fine lines around the eyes.

Snekos
SuneKOS is an Italian-made injectable medication.
The main ingredients are non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid and six amino acids blended in a specially patented international ratio.
This specially balanced formulation stimulates skin fibroblasts, increasing collagen and elastin production to improve the condition of the dermis.
Effective for dark circles and deep wrinkles.

Similarly, Jalpro Super Hydro, a similar formulation also containing amino acids, is said to be compatible with mechanical therapy. The reason is that even when promoting collagen production through mechanical therapy, amino acids are considered necessary as nutrients.

For the same reason, we believe combination therapy with Mofius 8 and Potenza, discussed later, is effective.

Mophius 8 / Potenza

Mofius 8 inserts 24 fine needles (microneedles) under the skin and emits powerful radiofrequency waves from the needle tips to stimulate collagen and elastin production. This delivers powerful tightening effects for skin firmness and elasticity, improves acne scars and other scars, and effectively reduces sagging.

Potenza delivered thermal energy to a narrow, targeted area. In contrast, Morpheus 8 differs in its ability to deliver thermal energy generated at the needle tip over a broad area, from the subcutaneous tissue to the skin surface. This enables it to tighten the skin internally more efficiently and powerfully.

In return, the Morpheus 8 is a bit more painful.

Combining block anesthesia or subcutaneous anesthesia can help alleviate pain.

You can see that the sagging of the lower eyelid has improved without cutting the skin.

Mophius 8 tightens even the orbital fat, improving the appearance of dark circles.

Downtime is 2-3 days of redness, with risks limited to bruising.

 

Excess Skin Removal

If sagging remains noticeable even after Mofius 8 treatment, or if dark circles are particularly pronounced, surgery will be performed.

In this manner, an incision is made along the lash line of the lower eyelid, and several millimeters of excess skin are excised.

If dark circles are present, we will approach them through the incision site and perform dark circle treatment simultaneously (this is called the Hamra technique).

The wound under the eyelashes heals well and becomes barely noticeable after about three months.

Removing too much skin from the lower eyelid can cause ectropion, where the eyelid turns outward. This prevents proper tear retention, leading to severe dry eye and corneal epithelial damage. Therefore, avoiding excessive removal is crucial.
