The conjunctiva was exposed and swollen red. Since there was little improvement even after waiting three months, we decided on surgery.

The lower eyelid was contracted, and the tarsal plate itself was significantly lax. Therefore, we performed an internal procedure to release the contracture and tighten it laterally for correction.
