美容医療以外でも耳にする事が増えてきた再生医療”PRP注入”とは何でしょうか？

PRPは、Platelet Rich Plasma（多血小板血漿）の略称であり、自身の血液から血小板を多く含んだ血漿部分だけを取り出したものを指します。

血小板は本来、血管が損傷した際に止血を行う働きを持ちますが、その際に組織の修復や再生をサポートする成長因子を多量に放出。このメカニズムを利用して、PRPを気になる部位へ注入することで、組織の自己修復力を高める作用が期待されます。

PRPはさまざまな分野から注目を集めており、整形外科ではスポーツ障害や変形性膝関節症、眼科ではドライアイ治療などに使用されています。

美容医療の分野では、肌内部で成長因子が放出され線維芽細胞が活性化することで、ヒアルロン酸やコラーゲンの産生が促されます。

シワ・たるみ・ニキビ痕・毛穴の開き・目の下のクマ・目元やまぶたのくぼみ・ほうれい線などの治療に用いられています。
