立ち耳ヒアルロン酸とは、耳にヒアルロン酸を注入して耳の形を調整し、顔を正面から見たときに耳を際立たせ、目の錯覚を利用して小顔効果を狙う施術です。

面長や遠心顔を改善して、童顔に見せる効果も期待できます。立ち耳ヒアルロン酸は海外ではすでに話題の美容医療で、「立ち耳ヒアル」とも呼ばれることもあります。

以前立ち耳はコンプレックスの1つとされることが多く、西洋では「デビルズイヤー（悪魔の耳）」、日本では「サル耳」などと呼ばれてきましたが、近年では韓国や中国の美しいワンホン（インフルエンサー）の影響で、あえて立ち耳にするなど、立ち耳ヒアルロン酸への注目が日本でも高まっています。

立ち耳の外科手術もありますが、元に戻すには再手術が必要になります。

ヒアルロン酸であれば、仮に元に戻したい場合は溶解すればすぐ元に戻ります。

施術時間も手術は1時間以上かかりますが、数分で完成します。

注入方法は、耳を立てるように耳の後ろにヒアルロン酸を注入します。注入量は大体4cc程度が目安です。

ダウンタイムに関しても通常のヒアルロン酸注入と同様で、ほとんどダウンタイムはありません。

内出血が出れば数日かかる場合がありますが、耳の裏なので髪にも隠れて正面からは目立ちません。
