魔女鼻とは鼻先が垂れた鼻のことで、意地悪、何か物を言いたげな印象になります。

魔女鼻の原因は主に2つです。

①鼻骨や鼻中隔軟骨の突出で鼻背が盛り上がる

②鼻先が下がる　Nasolabial angleという角度が90-100°程度が理想です

治療法は手術と注入治療があります。

今回はヒアルロン酸注入による改善をお話しします。

まずヒアルロン酸を鼻中隔に注入し、鼻先を持ち上げて②を改善させます。その後鼻背の段差に注入して①の出っ張りを埋めます。

しかし①の出っ張りが強すぎる場合、全て目立たないようにすると大きすぎて違和感のある鼻になるので適度に残す判断も大切です。

その場合、完全に無くすには手術が必要になります。

この患者さんは魔女鼻というほどではないですが②が原因です。

鼻ヒアルロン酸で鼻先を上げて直後から目鼻立ちのはっきりとしたお顔になりました(顎にも注入しています)！

鼻先が下がる原因に鼻中隔下制筋の影響があります。鼻先を下げる役割がある筋肉なので、ボトックスで抑えることでより鼻先を高くする効果があります。

アレルギーの原因となる架橋剤BDDE濃度が低い、もしくは使用していない製剤だからです。
特にNEAUVIA（ニュービア）は硬さ、持続力が強いので、カチっとした綺麗な鼻を作りやすいです。
