毎月末は閉院後にミーティングをして、その月の良かった点や改善すべき点を各自挙げ、徹底的に話し合います。
10月のミーティングはかなり白熱し、夜遅くまで続きました😊💦
翌月からの患者様の満足度を更に上げ 感動して頂くために話し合いを重ねます 。
