Hello,
I'm Nakao from the Plastic Surgery Department.
Eagle nose with a pointed tip
To achieve this, simply extending the nasal septum to raise the tip of the nose alone is not enough.
The result is a large nose, leaving me with a low level of satisfaction.
Simply performing osteotomy alone cannot restore the height of the nasal bridge.
A procedure called septoplasty is required to manipulate the nasal septal cartilage.
Septoplasty can improve a hooked nose by lowering the nasal septum, but it takes a little getting used to.

The photo shows a portion of the nasal septal cartilage being removed.
I am currently elevating the dorsal flap.
This flap prevents post-operative unevenness.

Overall, it looks clean and tidy.
