High SMAS法という方法で行いました。
頬骨のアーチのところでスマスにアプローチして
顔を引き上げる方法です。
古典的なスマス法よりも
頭側からアプローチするので
より頬が上がるメリットがあります。
頬が引きあがり、ほうれい線が薄くなりました。
アメリカのMartenが神業的に上手なので
日本に来日されたこともあり
一時よく行われていた術式です。
顔面神経が近いところを
切るので神経麻痺のリスクが少し高めだと
言えます。
